About the Role:

We are looking for a highly experienced Digital Marketing Executive with deep expertise in paid advertising and SEO.

This role is for a results-oriented marketer who can plan, execute, and optimize campaigns that directly drive traffic, leads, and sales. You will be responsible for leading performance marketing initiatives across Meta, Google, and SEO channels, ensuring every campaign delivers measurable business impact.

What you'll do:

Performance & Ads Management

  • Lead and execute performance marketing campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, Google Search, and TikTok Ads.
  • Strategically manage ad budgets, targeting, and bidding to achieve the best possible ROAS, CTR, and CPA.
  • Continuously test, optimize, and scale ad campaigns based on data insights.
  • Stay updated with the latest changes in Facebook Ads Manager, Google Ads, and TikTok Ads Manager, applying new tactics to improve performance.

SEO Strategy & Optimization

  • Develop and execute comprehensive SEO strategies to increase organic visibility and traffic.
  • Conduct keyword research, on-page optimization, technical SEO audits, and link-building strategies.
  • Use tools such as Google Analytics (GA4), Google Search Console, and Google Tag Manager to track performance and ensure SEO success.
  • Integrate SEO best practices across all marketing and content initiatives.

Leadership & Collaboration

  • Oversee digital campaign execution for both in-house and client brands.
  • Review and approve creatives, content, and ad copies to ensure alignment with marketing goals.
  • Guide and mentor interns, copywriters, designers, and developers to deliver optimized outputs.
  • Provide clear and timely client updates backed by actionable insights and performance data.

What we're looking for:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in managing Ads (Facebook, Google, TikTok) and SEO campaigns.
  • Proven track record of achieving measurable results — increased traffic, conversions, and sales.
  • Expert knowledge of Facebook Ads Manager, Google Ads Manager, GA4, and Google Tag Manager.
  • Strong understanding of SEO principles, keyword strategies, and analytics.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make informed optimizations.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, data-driven environment with minimal supervision.
