We're looking for a creative and driven Marketing Executive - Social Media & Influencer who lives and breathes social media, loves building authentic relationships with creators, and knows how to turn engagement into impact.

You'll play a key role in growing Tiny Away's brand presence across digital channels, collaborating with influencers, and creating content that inspires people to Reconnect with What Matters.

Job Responsibilities:

Social Media Management

  • Plan, create, and schedule content across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, Pinterest, etc.) in line with Tiny Away's brand voice and campaign calendar
  • Monitor trends, engagement insights, and competitor activity to identify opportunities to improve performance
  • Respond to comments, DMs, and tagged posts to nurture our community and keep our tone authentic, friendly, and on-brand

Influencer & Creator Engagement

  • Identify and build relationships with relevant micro- and macro-influencers, photographers, travel bloggers, and creators aligned with Tiny Away's values
  • Explore and leverage influencer platforms such as The Right Fit, Collabstr, or Hashtag Paid to expand our creator network and campaign reach
  • Develop and execute influencer campaigns — from outreach and negotiation to brief preparation, product seeding, and performance tracking
  • Manage influencer databases and ensure deliverables are met within budget and deadlines
  • Co-create engaging, lifestyle-focused content with creators — e.g., sleeping tips for tiny living, easy stretching routines after hours of driving, one-pan recipes for tiny kitchens, or mindful morning rituals in nature
  • Collaborate with partners for joint social media activations and UGC-driven storytelling

Campaign Execution & Analytics

  • Support social media and influencer components of seasonal campaigns (e.g., "Reconnect with What Matters," "Black Friday Gift Card Sale," "Tiny Away Escape Launches," etc.)
  • Track and report on campaign performance metrics — reach, engagement, conversions, and ROI
  • Present actionable insights and recommendations to optimise future campaigns

Brand Advocacy & Community Growth

  • Act as the day-to-day digital voice of Tiny Away, ensuring all communications reflect our playful, nature-loving tone
  • Engage with guests, hosts, and brand partners online to build a loyal digital community
  • Spot opportunities for collaboration, giveaways, and content co-creation with like-minded brands or eco-travel advocates

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or related field
  • 2–4 years of experience in social media management, influencer marketing, or digital campaigns (hospitality, lifestyle, or travel industry preferred)
  • Excellent written communication skills with an eye for detail and brand tone
  • Strong knowledge of social media trends, analytics tools (Meta Business Suite, TikTok Analytics, etc.), and basic content creation (Canva, CapCut, or similar)
  • Comfortable working remotely across time zones, managing multiple projects independently
  • A genuine passion for travel, storytelling, and sustainable living

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php30, Php40,000.00 per month
