Voyager Tennis is a leading racquet sports company operating across Sydney, the Gold Coast, Melbourne, and Singapore. Our facilities offer tennis, pickleball, and padel, and we are passionate about helping people of all ages and abilities enjoy racquet sports through world-class coaching, programs, and events.

As we continue to grow, we are seeking a talented Digital Marketing Executive to help deliver and support marketing strategies that strengthen our brand, increase participation, and drive business growth across all Voyager venues and programs.

This is a full-time remote position, Monday to Friday, 9:00 am–6:00 pm (AEST/AEDT). Some weekend work may be required due to the nature of the sports industry; when this occurs, time off in lieu will be provided during the week.

The role reports to the Marketing Lead and works closely with another Marketing Executive, an SEO Specialist, and a Social Media Specialist within Voyager's shared-services marketing team.

Key Responsibilities:

Campaign Management

• Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns that drive lead generation, brand awareness, and customer engagement across Voyager's venues, programs, and services.

Content Development

• Create engaging written and visual content including blogs, newsletters, social media posts, case studies, and promotional materials that highlight Voyager's programs, facilities, and player success stories.

Email Marketing & Automation

• Develop and manage targeted email campaigns to nurture leads, retain customers, and communicate key updates to our community.

Website & SEO Management

• Maintain and optimise Voyager's websites to enhance user experience, improve SEO rankings, and ensure content is accurate, relevant, and aligned with marketing goals.

Sales & Program Support

• Collaborate with the sales and venue teams to create marketing materials and digital resources that support program enrolments, memberships, and customer engagement.

Social Media & Community Engagement

• Partner with the Social Media Specialist to develop and execute engaging social campaigns across multiple platforms, fostering a strong and active online community for tennis, pickleball, and padel.

Event Promotion

• Assist in promoting tournaments, open days, and community events through coordinated digital and local marketing efforts.

Analytics & Reporting

• Track and analyse campaign performance using tools such as Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and CRM dashboards, providing insights and recommendations for optimisation.

Marketing Collateral & Brand Consistency

• Support the creation of brochures, banners, and promotional assets while ensuring consistent branding across all Voyager locations and platforms.

What are we looking for?

• Minimum 3 years' experience in marketing, ideally within sports, recreation, or hospitality.
• Strong digital marketing, content creation, SEO, and analytics skills.
• Experience with CRM systems and marketing automation tools.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
• A proactive, creative, and results-driven mindset.
• A genuine passion for racquet sports or an active lifestyle is highly desirable.
