The Shopify E-Commerce Marketing Manager will oversee all aspects of our DTC online presence, with a focus on customer acquisition, retention, and conversion optimization. This role requires hands-on expertise in Shopify, Klaviyo, and Airtable, as well as a keen eye for creative marketing opportunities that resonate with our audience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and optimize the Shopify storefront for maximum conversion and seamless customer experience.

  • Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns to drive traffic and sales, including email, SMS, and promotional strategies via Klaviyo.

  • Build, segment, and maintain email and SMS marketing lists, ensuring personalization and effective targeting.

  • Collaborate with creative, merchandising, and operations teams to plan product launches, promotions, and seasonal campaigns.
  • Track campaign performance and site analytics, making data-driven recommendations to improve ROI.
  • Maintain and update campaign calendars, product launches, and content schedules in Airtable.
  • Implement best practices for SEO, site merchandising, and content optimization.
  • Coordinate with fulfillment and customer service teams to ensure smooth execution of promotions and launches.
  • Stay up to date with e-commerce trends, tools, and emerging marketing strategies.

Must-Have Qualifications

  • 3+ years of e-commerce marketing experience, preferably in fashion or retail.
  • Proven track record managing and optimizing a Shopify store.
  • Hands-on experience with Klaviyo for email/SMS marketing automation.
  • Proficiency in Airtable for project management, campaign planning, or data tracking.
  • Strong understanding of e-commerce KPIs, analytics, and conversion optimization tactics.
  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
  • Creative thinker with strong copywriting and content planning abilities.

Nice-to-Have Qualifications

  • Experience with paid social and Google Ads campaign management.
  • Familiarity with Shopify apps and integrations that enhance marketing capabilities.
  • Knowledge of basic HTML/CSS for Shopify theme customization.
