We're seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Shopify E-Commerce Operations Specialist to manage the daily operations of our growing online store. This role covers customer service, order fulfillment, inventory management, and administrative support. The ideal candidate is tech-savvy, highly organized, and experienced with Shopify, ensuring seamless store operations while creating outstanding customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide timely and professional support to customers via email, chat, and social media.
  • Manage orders, returns, and exchanges accurately using Shopify and ShipStation.
  • Track supplier shipments and maintain accurate product availability across sales channels.
  • Keep detailed inventory records with Google Sheets and Excel (essential skills).
  • Support marketing efforts by creating/editing basic materials in Canva (preferred).
  • Identify and improve inefficiencies in workflows and processes.
  • Quickly adapt to new tools, systems, and operational requirements.

Mandatory Skills & Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of hands-on Shopify experience.
  • Strong proficiency in Google Sheets and Excel.
  • Experience leveraging ChatGPT for workflows and customer communications.
  • Excellent organizational abilities and attention to detail.
  • Strong written English communication skills.
  • Background in shipping coordination and inventory management.
  • Self-motivated, reliable, and comfortable working independently.

Preferred Skills

  • Familiarity with ShipStation.
  • Basic design ability in Canva.
  • Prior experience in a Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) e-commerce environment.
