About the role

As the Shopify Manager at Akari Lighting and Technology Corporation, you will play a crucial role in managing and optimizing the company's e-commerce presence on the Shopify platform. This full-time position is based in Quezon City, Metro Manila.

What you'll be doing:

  1. Oversee the day-to-day management and maintenance of the company's Shopify store, ensuring a seamless shopping experience for customers
  2. Develop and implement effective e-commerce strategies to drive sales, increase customer engagement, and enhance the brand's online presence
  3. Manage product catalogues, inventory, and pricing on the Shopify platform
  4. Analyze website analytics and customer data to identify opportunities for improvement and optimize the e-commerce platform
  5. Collaborate with the marketing team to create and execute effective digital marketing campaigns to promote the company's products and services
  6. Liaise with the IT and development teams to address any technical issues and implement new features or integrations on the Shopify platform
  7. Stay up-to-date with the latest Shopify developments, trends, and best practices to ensure the company's e-commerce operations remain competitive

What we're looking for

  1. Minimum 3 years of experience managing and optimizing e-commerce platforms, preferably Shopify
  2. Strong understanding of e-commerce best practices, digital marketing, and customer behavior
  3. Proficient in using Shopify's backend tools and features to manage product catalogues, inventory, and orders
  4. Excellent data analysis and reporting skills to identify and implement data-driven improvements
  5. Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  6. Adaptability and willingness to learn new technologies and keep up with industry trends
