Schedule: 3x a week | 6:00 AM – 3:00 PM PHT (aligned with AU time)
Salary: ₱13,000 – ₱20,000 per month
About the Role:
We are a legal services company based in Australia seeking a detail-oriented Admin Assistant to support our team. The ideal candidate will have experience handling legal documents, contracts, and administrative tasks. This is a part-time role (3 days a week) with immediate start.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare, review, and organize legal documents and contracts
- Maintain accurate records and filing systems (digital and physical, if required)
- Manage correspondence (emails, letters, and follow-ups)
- Assist with compliance and document tracking
- Provide general administrative support to lawyers and staff
- Coordinate with clients and team members as needed
Qualifications:
- At least 2 years of experience in an administrative role within a legal, law firm, or contracts-related environment
- Strong understanding of legal documents and procedures
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- High attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Must be able to work AU business hours (6 AM – 3 PM PHT)
- Available to start immediately
