About the Role:

We are a legal services company based in Australia seeking a detail-oriented Admin Assistant to support our team. The ideal candidate will have experience handling legal documents, contracts, and administrative tasks. This is a part-time role (3 days a week) with immediate start.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare, review, and organize legal documents and contracts
  • Maintain accurate records and filing systems (digital and physical, if required)
  • Manage correspondence (emails, letters, and follow-ups)
  • Assist with compliance and document tracking
  • Provide general administrative support to lawyers and staff
  • Coordinate with clients and team members as needed

Qualifications:

  • At least 2 years of experience in an administrative role within a legal, law firm, or contracts-related environment
  • Strong understanding of legal documents and procedures
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
  • High attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Must be able to work AU business hours (6 AM – 3 PM PHT)
  • Available to start immediately
