Are you an organised, friendly, and reliable all-rounder who loves keeping an office running smoothly? Our client is looking for a versatile Admin & Bookkeeping Assistant / Receptionist to join their team and become the go-to person for day-to-day support.

What you'll be doing:

  • Reception duties – greeting clients (phone/online), answering calls, managing emails
  • General admin – filing, data entry, scheduling, preparing documents
  • Light bookkeeping – invoicing, accounts payable/receivable, reconciliations (Xero or MYOB experience a bonus)
  • Supporting managers and team members with ad hoc tasks
  • Keeping everything organised and running efficiently

  • Previous experience in admin, bookkeeping, or reception roles
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Solid computer skills (Microsoft Office, email, spreadsheets)
  • High attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
  • A flexible, can-do attitude – happy to pitch in wherever needed
