Work from Home, Philippines Safetytech Fire Services Full time ₱360,000 per year

We are an Australian-based fire protection services company seeking a professional and highly skilled remote staff member to handle both project administration and general admin tasks. This is a full-time role with clear performance expectations.

Key Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of proven experience in administration or project administration.
  • Excellent written and spoken English (you will be tested).
  • Strong computer skills: Microsoft Office, Excel, email management, and document preparation.
  • Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Ability to track multiple tasks and follow through without supervision.
  • Professional communication skills for dealing with managers, suppliers, and clients.
  • Reliable internet and dedicated home office setup.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Project Administration:
  • Maintain project registers and schedules.
  • Prepare reports and track project progress.
  • Assist with quotation and variation documentation.
  • Coordinate with project managers on deadlines and deliverables.
  • General Administration:
  • Prepare and format business documents and letters.
  • Manage emails, records, and filing systems.
  • Data entry and spreadsheet/database management.
  • Provide business support to management when required.

Work Conditions:

  • Remote role, Philippines-based, full time.
  • Standard office hours (Perth, Western Australia time zone).
  • Long-term position for the right candidate.

Important:
