
Admin Assistant

We are an Australian-based fire protection services company seeking a professional and highly skilled remote staff member to handle both project administration and general admin tasks. This is a full-time role with clear performance expectations.
Key Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of proven experience in administration or project administration.
- Excellent written and spoken English (you will be tested).
- Strong computer skills: Microsoft Office, Excel, email management, and document preparation.
- Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail.
- Ability to track multiple tasks and follow through without supervision.
- Professional communication skills for dealing with managers, suppliers, and clients.
- Reliable internet and dedicated home office setup.
Core Responsibilities:
- Project Administration:
- Maintain project registers and schedules.
- Prepare reports and track project progress.
- Assist with quotation and variation documentation.
- Coordinate with project managers on deadlines and deliverables.
- General Administration:
- Prepare and format business documents and letters.
- Manage emails, records, and filing systems.
- Data entry and spreadsheet/database management.
- Provide business support to management when required.
Work Conditions:
- Remote role, Philippines-based, full time.
- Standard office hours (Perth, Western Australia time zone).
- Long-term position for the right candidate.
Important:
Applicants who do not meet the English and computer skills requirements will not be considered. Testing will be part of the selection process.
