Overview
We are seeking a results-driven Business Development Manager (BDM) with experience in healthcare recruitment and lead generation. This role focuses on generating new clients for our recruitment services, particularly in the healthcare sector, while leveraging an established recruitment pipeline and a pre-shortlisted pool of candidates (e.g., dental assistants).
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, generate, and convert leads into clients for healthcare recruitment services.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, understanding their recruitment needs and business objectives.
- Present and promote recruitment solutions to prospective healthcare clients.
- Collaborate with the recruitment team to ensure smooth candidate placement from our existing shortlisted pool.
- Manage the sales cycle from prospecting to deal closure, ensuring revenue targets are achieved.
- Stay updated on healthcare industry trends to identify new business opportunities.
- Provide regular reporting on lead generation activities, client acquisition, and pipeline progress.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in business development, client acquisition, or recruitment sales, preferably in healthcare.
- Strong understanding of recruitment services and processes.
- Demonstrated success in lead generation and client management.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and deliver results in a target-driven environment.
- Familiarity with healthcare roles (e.g., dental assistants) is an advantage.
