Job Overview and Purpose

We are looking for a
highly driven and results-oriented Business Development Manager
to join our growing recruitment and staffing firm. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in
client acquisition, account management, and business growth
within the recruitment or HR solutions industry. You will be responsible for
identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth
by securing partnerships with companies in need of staffing solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, develop, and close
    new business opportunities
    for recruitment and staffing services.
  • Build and maintain
    long-term relationships
    with decision-makers, HR leaders, and hiring managers.
  • Develop and execute
    strategic business development plans
    to meet revenue and client acquisition goals.
  • Conduct
    market research
    to identify potential clients, industry trends, and competitor activities.
  • Prepare and deliver
    proposals, business cases, and client presentations
    tailored to staffing needs.
  • Collaborate with the recruitment team to
    ensure successful delivery of staffing solutions
    .
  • Negotiate
    contracts, pricing, and terms
    to secure mutually beneficial partnerships.
  • Provide regular
    reports and forecasts
    on sales performance and market developments to senior management.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Human Resources, or a related field (MBA is a plus).
  • Proven experience as a
    Business Development Manager
    or similar role, preferably in
    recruitment, staffing, or HR solutions
    .
  • Strong understanding of
    talent acquisition processes, workforce solutions, and client needs
    .
  • Excellent
    communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
    .
  • Demonstrated success in
    B2B sales and client relationship management
    .
  • Ability to
    work independently
    and thrive in a
    fast-paced, target-driven environment
    .
  • Proficiency in
    CRM tools, MS Office/Google Suite
    , and sales reporting systems.
