We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to lead our growth initiatives in Manila. The ideal candidate will possess a robust understanding of market trends, exceptional negotiation skills, and a proven track record in driving sales strategies.

What You'll Do:

Prepare detailed proposals and presentations for potential clients.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align business objectives.
Monitor industry developments to stay ahead of competition.

What Were Looking For:
Minimum of 5 years experience in business development or related field.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data effectively.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
Proven ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
A proactive approach with strong problem-solving abilities.
