About The Role
You'll make sure the details stay sharp--handling admin work, updating systems, and supporting our sales team every step of the way.

*Key Responsibilities
Sales Team Support*

  • Prepare contracts, agreements, and other property-related documents.
  • Coordinate property listing activities, including uploading listings to property portals
  • Schedule Open Inspection for sales agents.
  • Provide general administration.

Data Management

  • Maintain and update the CRM system with client and property information.
  • Ensure accurate record-keeping and compliance with regulatory requirements.

General Administration

  • Support other team members with ad hoc tasks as needed.

Requirements
About You

  • 1-2 years of administrative experience is a must
  • High attention to detail
  • Excellent command of the English language, both oral and written
