Job Summary: We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Admin Assistant to support the administrative functions of a construction site for a 5-month project. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting with day-to-day office operations, managing documentation, coordinating communications, and supporting the project team to ensure smooth workflow on-site. Key Responsibilities: Administrative Support: Assist with general office duties such as filing, data entry, maintaining records, and organizing documents related to the project. Documentation Management: Prepare and maintain project files, contracts, purchase orders, and other essential records in accordance with company procedures. Coordination & Communication: Act as a point of contact between the project team, site workers, suppliers, and external stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and follow-up on project matters. Scheduling & Coordination: Assist in scheduling meetings, site visits, and other project-related appointments. Help coordinate the logistics for site operations as needed. Inventory & Supplies Management: Track and manage office supplies and materials for the site, ensuring all resources are available for project tasks and operations. Report Preparation: Prepare and assist with regular reports, project updates, and other documentation required for the project’s progress. Compliance & Safety Support: Ensure all necessary safety and compliance documentation is up-to-date and accessible, helping the project team maintain a safe and efficient work environment.
