About the Role
We are looking for a highly organised and detail-oriented Marketing Virtual Assistant with proven experience managing Meta (Facebook/Instagram) Ads, Google Ads campaigns and Search Engine Optimisation (SEO). This role requires someone who can help create, monitor, and optimise campaigns while also providing support with reporting, research, and day-to-day marketing tasks.
The ideal candidate is proactive, analytical, and able to work independently while following clear processes.
Key Responsibilities
Set up, monitor, and optimise Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram) and Google Ads campaigns to maximise ROI.
Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and competitor analysis.
Create ad copy, basic graphics, and suggest improvements to creatives.
Track, measure, and report on ad performance with actionable recommendations.
Assist with A/B testing and scaling campaigns that perform well.
Write SEO-friendly blog posts and suggest improvements to current website pages.
Support general marketing tasks (email campaigns, social media scheduling, content research).
Stay up to date with industry best practices and algorithm changes.
Requirements
Proven experience managing Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns.
Strong understanding of ads manager dashboards, bidding strategies, and optimisation techniques.
Ability to analyse data and create performance reports.
Proven experience in Search Engine Optimisation strategies.
Excellent written and spoken English communication.
Strong organisational and time management skills.
Familiarity with Canva or similar design tools.
Experience with CRM tools, landing pages, or email automation is an advantage.
