We are looking for a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Marketing & Project Assistant to support a clean energy and engineering consultancy focused on accelerating electric vehicle adoption based in Toronto.

We are looking for the following specific requirements

  • Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Strong organizational and project coordination abilities with great attention to detail
  • Experience in social media marketing, email outreach, or digital campaigns
  • Comfortable working independently with minimal supervision
  • Familiarity with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Drive, Meet)
  • Ability to create and manage PowerPoint presentations and webinar logistics

Your responsibilities will include (but are not limited to):

  • Plan, draft, and publish LinkedIn and blog content promoting webinars and programs
  • Create PowerPoint decks for presentations and webinars
  • Manage speaker communications and event logistics
  • Schedule and manage online and in-person events
  • Track project progress using Google Sheets and maintain accurate records
  • Draft newsletters, announcements, and promotional materials
  • Coordinate invoicing and payment tracking as needed
  • Support the team in meeting preparation and follow-up actions

Rate: $6.50 - $7.00

Working Hours | Schedule: Part-Time – 4 hours/day (~20 hours/week) | Flexible | EST / PST overlap preferred

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: Php30, Php35,000.00 per month

Expected hours: 20 per week

  • Virtual Assistant: 3 years (Preferred)
