Amazon Listing Specialist

  • Create, optimize, and manage Amazon product listings (titles, bullet points, descriptions, backend keywords, and tags).
  • Use the Amazon Customizer to set up personalized product listings.
  • Upload and manage product images, ensuring they meet Amazon guidelines.
  • Conduct keyword research using Helium 10, Jungle Scout, or similar tools.
  • Monitor listings for errors, suppressions, or policy violations and resolve them quickly.
  • Track competitor pricing, ranking, and performance; suggest improvements for better visibility.
  • Generate weekly reports on listing performance, including traffic, conversion rate, and sales trends.

General Virtual Assistant Tasks

  • Manage and organize files, spreadsheets, and online documents.
  • Assist with scheduling, email management, and data entry.
  • Prepare and update reports for inventory, orders, and marketing performance.
  • Conduct product/market research as needed.

Online Customer Inquiries

  • Respond to customer messages on Amazon and other platforms promptly and professionally.
  • Assist customers with product details, order tracking, shipping timelines, and returns/refunds.
  • Coordinate with the design/production team on custom order details and proof approvals.
  • Monitor customer feedback and reviews, suggesting updates to improve listings and service.
  • Maintain a positive, supportive, and helpful tone in all customer interactions.
