About the Role

We are looking for a proactive Virtual Assistant who is equal parts creative and organized. This role will support our leadership team by creating branded documents in Canva, planning and coordinating webinars, and driving consistent social media content across platforms. Responsibilities

  • Content Creation: Build visually engaging presentations, PDFs, and marketing collateral in Canva.
  • Webinar Support: Coordinate planning, scheduling, invites, reminders, and follow-up for webinars and online workshops.
  • Social Media Management: Draft posts, repurpose content, and maintain a posting schedule across Instagram, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
  • AI Tool Utilization: Use platforms like for outreach campaigns and ElevenLabs for voice/AI-driven content creation—Motion for Project Management.
  • Administrative Support: Manage calendars, deadlines, and project timelines to ensure smooth execution.
  • Collaboration: Work directly with leadership to brainstorm creative campaigns and improve engagement.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant, Marketing Assistant, or similar role.
  • Strong skills in Canva (design and templates).
  • Familiarity with webinar platforms (Zoom, WebinarJam, or similar).
  • Basic knowledge of social media content creation and scheduling tools.
  • Proficiency with AI tools such as and ElevenLabs.
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and self-motivated.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with social media analytics and growth strategies.
  • Video editing or graphic design beyond Canva.
  • Familiarity with content management tools (e.g., Buffer, Later, Hootsuite).
