Job Summary:

The Admin & Finance Associate is responsible for providing financial and documentation support to ensure the accuracy and efficiency of accounting and reporting activities. The role focuses on processing payments, managing expense claims, maintaining financial records, and assisting in the preparation of reports and compliance documents. This position supports management in implementing sound financial practices and ensuring that all transactions are properly recorded and in compliance with company policies.

Key Responsibilities:

A. Finance Functions

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including receipts, invoices, and disbursement vouchers.
  • Prepare and process payments, reimbursements, and expense claims, ensuring completeness, accuracy, and proper approval of supporting documents.
  • Monitor and reconcile employee expense claims, ensuring timely liquidation and adherence to company policies.
  • Manage petty cash transactions and maintain updated records of cash advances and reimbursements.
  • Assist in the preparation of monthly financial reports, expense summaries, and budget monitoring reports.
  • Support payroll preparation, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of employee compensation.
  • Coordinate with external accountants, auditors, and government agencies for tax filings, permits, and other statutory requirements.
  • Monitor and reconcile bank transactions and accounts to ensure accuracy and completeness of financial data.

B. Documentation and Compliance

  • Maintain organized financial and accounting records in accordance with internal control procedures.
  • Ensure all financial transactions comply with company policies and statutory regulations.
  • Assist in preparing and submitting administrative and financial reports required by management and government agencies.
  • Safeguard the confidentiality of financial and company data at all times.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or any related field.
  • Experience: At least 1–2 years of relevant experience in finance or accounting functions.

Technical Skills:

Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

  • Core Competencies:

Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy.

Excellent organizational and documentation skills.

Integrity, professionalism, and discretion in handling financial information.

Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php18, Php23,000.00 per month
