Role Description
The Sales Admin will be responsible for supporting the sales team with administrative tasks, managing customer interactions, providing exceptional customer service, and assisting in financial documentation. Additional duties include data entry, preparing sales reports, coordinating with different departments, and ensuring smooth daily operations.
Qualifications
- Strong communication skills and customer service abilities
- Excellent analytical skills
- Atleast 2-3 years experience
- Experience in administrative assistance and finance
- Proficiency in data entry and sales report preparation
- Ability to work in an on-site team environment
- Attention to detail and organizational skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field is a plus
