About the role

We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused Call Center Agents to join our dynamic and growing team at ORIENT HOPE AGENCIES INC. (FOR. SEA HORSE MANNING). This is a full-time, virtual role, allowing you to work from the comfort of your own home in Cebu City, Cebu.

What you'll be doing

  • Providing exceptional customer service through inbound and outbound calls
  • Handling a wide range of customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Updating customer records and maintaining accurate documentation
  • Identifying opportunities to cross-sell and upsell products and services
  • Adhering to company policies, procedures and quality standards
  • Contributing to a positive and collaborative team environment

  • Proficiency in English, both written and verbal
