About the role

We are seeking an exceptional Call Center Agent to join our team at ARAM ENTERPRISES INC' in our Central Cebu City, Cebu location. As a Call Center Agent, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients. This is a full-time position in our modern office located in the heart of Cebu's IT Park.

What you'll be doing

  1. Answering and handling inbound customer calls in a professional and courteous manner
  2. Resolving customer inquiries and issues efficiently and effectively
  3. Providing accurate information and guidance to customers
  4. Maintaining detailed records of customer interactions
  5. Identifying opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and service delivery
  6. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance the customer experience

  1. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  2. Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities
  3. Proficient in English, both written and verbal
  4. Customer-centric mindset and a genuine passion for delivering exceptional service

  6. Prior experience in a call center or customer service role is preferred
