About the role

This is an exciting opportunity to join the dynamic team at 1ST DYNAMIC PERSONNEL RESOURCES' as a Call Center Agent l CSR - Customer Service Representative based in Cebu City, Cebu. As a fulltime employee, you will be the primary point of contact for customers, providing exceptional customer service and support.

What you'll be doing

  • Handling inbound and outbound calls from customers, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Documenting customer interactions and maintaining accurate records
  • Providing product and service information to customers
  • Identifying opportunities to cross-sell and upsell products and services
  • Escalating complex issues to the appropriate team or department as needed
  • Adhering to all company policies, procedures, and quality standards

What we're looking for

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to provide exceptional customer service
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
  • Basic computer and typing skills
  • Fluency in English, both verbal and written
  • Previous experience in a customer service or call center role is preferred, but not essential
