We are seeking an enthusiastic Call Center Agent to join our dynamic team at CPI Management Services' based in Lapu-Lapu City, Cebu. As a full-time Call Center Agent, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients through effective communication and problem-solving skills. What you'll be doing

  1. Answering incoming calls and responding to customer inquiries and concerns in a professional and timely manner
  2. Providing accurate information and solutions to customers, demonstrating a strong understanding of our products and services
  3. Maintaining detailed and accurate records of all customer interactions
  4. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless customer service experiences
  5. Adhering to call centre performance metrics and objectives
  6. Continuously seeking to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty

What we're looking for

  1. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with customers from diverse backgrounds
  2. Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking abilities to handle a wide range of customer inquiries
  3. Proven experience in a customer service or call centre environment, preferably within the Call Centre & Customer Service industry
  4. Proficiency in English, both written and verbal
  5. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
  6. Commitment to delivering high-quality customer service and a strong customer-centric focus
