About the role

We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Call Center Agents to join our dynamic team at LIZSIL INTERNATIONAL MANPOWER AGENCY' in Cebu City, Cebu. As a Call Center Agent, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and support to our valued clients. This is a full-time position with the opportunity to work during the day or in the mid-shift, depending on your preference and the needs of the business.

What you'll be doing

  1. Handling inbound and outbound customer calls with professionalism and empathy
  2. Addressing customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a timely and effective manner
  3. Providing accurate information and problem-solving to ensure customer satisfaction
  4. Documenting customer interactions and maintaining accurate records
  5. Collaborating with team members to share best practices and improve overall customer service
  6. Adhering to company policies, procedures, and quality standards

What we're looking for

  1. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written
  2. Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities
  3. Demonstrated experience in a customer service or call center environment, preferably in the Call Centre & Customer Service industry
  4. Proficiency in English, both spoken and written
  5. Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities
  6. A passion for delivering exceptional customer service and a commitment to exceeding customer expectations
