Driver Recruiter/HR Assistant

Position Overview:
The Driver Recruiter / HR Assistant plays a key role in supporting the company's driver recruitment and human resources operations. This position is primarily responsible for managing and executing mass hiring activities for both 2-wheel and 4-wheel driver applicants, ensuring timely completion and accuracy of pre-employment requirements, and maintaining organized recruitment and HR records. The role also involves providing administrative support to the HR department, assisting with documentation, employee coordination, training, timekeeping, and other HR-related functions as needed. The Driver Recruiter / HR Assistant is detail-oriented, organized, and capable of working efficiently in a fast-paced environment to meet staffing goals and support overall HR objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
HUMAN RESOURCES
- Conduct and support mass hiring activities for 2-wheel and 4-wheel driver applicants.
- Source, screen, and schedule applicants for interviews and training.
- Ensure completion and verification of all pre-employment requirements (licenses, IDs, NBI, medical, background checks, etc.).
- Maintain and update applicant and employee databases to ensure accurate and up-to-date information.
- Coordinate with operations and other departments regarding manpower needs and deployment schedules.
- Assist in onboarding and training of new hires to ensure smooth integration into the company.
- Support in monitoring attendance, performance, and compliance of drivers as needed.
- Assist in the implementation of HR programs, activities, and initiatives (e.g., training, employee engagement, etc.).
- Ensure compliance with company policies and labor regulations.
ADMINISTRATIVE
- Prepare and maintain recruitment reports, documentation, and files.
- Monitor and track completion of documents and maintain an organized filing system (digital and physical).
- Assist in coordination and communication between HR, operations, and other departments.
- Assist in managing supplies, logistics, and scheduling for HR-related activities and recruitment events.
- Support general office administrative tasks as assigned by the HR Supervisor.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field.
- Minimum 1 year of recruitment/mass hiring experience, preferably in the transportation, logistics, or service industry.
- Knowledge of recruitment processes, applicant tracking, and documentation management (201 and 202 Files).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for engaging with applicants and internal teams.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Team-oriented, high level of integrity and confidentiality, proactive, and willing to support other HR functions as needed.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php20, Php22,000.00 per month
