The role

We are seeking a talented HR Generalist to join our dynamic team at Samgyuniku Japanese Korean BBQ Korean Restaurant. As an HR Generalist, you will play a crucial role in supporting our employees and ensuring the smooth running of our operations.

Key responsibilities

  1. Providing comprehensive HR support, including employee onboarding, performance management, and employee relations
  2. Assisting with the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures
  3. Coordinating employee training and development initiatives
  4. Maintaining and updating employee records and databases
  5. Collaborating with managers to address HR-related concerns and find solutions
  6. Ensuring compliance with relevant labour laws and regulations
  7. Participating in the recruitment and selection process, including sourcing, screening, and onboarding new hires

What we're looking for

  1. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  2. Minimum 3 years of experience as an HR Generalist or in a similar role
  3. Strong knowledge of labour laws and HR best practices
  4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  5. Proficient in creating and maintaining HR documentation, including policies and employee records
  6. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and provide support to employees at all levels
  7. Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
