Key Responsibilities
Recruitment and Onboarding
- Post job vacancies across multiple recruiting platforms.
- Arrange interviews and maintain communication with candidates.
- Prepare required documentation for newly hired employees.
- Coordinate and deliver initial orientation sessions for new staff.
Employee Records and Documentation
- Maintain and update employee files and HR information systems.
- Ensure personnel records remain accurate, complete, and confidential.
- Monitor and record employee attendance, leaves, and absences.
HR Administration
- Prepare HR documents such as employment contracts, memos, certificates, and notices.
- Assist in implementing and communicating HR policies and procedures.
- Help plan and organize HR-related events, trainings, and engagement activities.
Payroll and Benefits Support
- Assist in gathering and verifying payroll information, including attendance and timekeeping data.
- Support the administration of employee benefits and government-mandated contributions (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, etc.).
- Coordinate with finance or payroll teams to ensure accurate and timely payroll processing.
Compliance and Reporting
- Assist in monitoring compliance with labor laws and company policies.
- Prepare routine and ad hoc HR reports.
- Support HR audits and maintain proper documentation.
