We are looking for a Contract Administrator for our client, a leading real estate investment and project marketing group in Australia. The successful candidate will join their offshore support team and will be responsible for managing administrative, compliance, and client-related tasks to ensure smooth project operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain internal systems, trackers, and client records.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and settlement documentation.
  • Liaise with developers, solicitors, and financial institutions.
  • Support compliance processes, including KYC/AML checks and document verification.
  • Manage correspondence, schedules, and project deadlines.
  • Assist with onboarding of new projects, partners, and clients.
  • Generate weekly and monthly performance reports.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, Finance, or related field (preferred).
  • 3+ years administrative experience (real estate, property, or financial services highly regarded).
  • Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and multitasking ability.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and CRM tools.
  • Strong written and verbal English communication.
  • Ability to work independently with international teams.

Work Setup:

  • Remote (home-based, stable internet required).
  • Must be available to work Australian business hours (AEST)
