DreamMomentz is a photography business based in New Zealand, specialising in preschool, school, family, and community event photography. Along with capturing beautiful memories, we focus heavily on organising, processing, and delivering photos to families and organisations in a professional and timely manner.
We are now looking for a reliable, detail-oriented administrative assistant to help us with day-to-day photo processing and organisational tasks. While advanced editing skills are not required, this role involves managing digital image folders, maintaining records, preparing galleries, and ensuring smooth delivery of photos. This is a great opportunity to gain international work experience, learn the behind-the-scenes operations of a photography business, and develop strong organisational and administrative skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Organise and manage large volumes of digital photo files on Google Drive and other platforms.
- Rename, categorise, and maintain consistency in photo folders for different schools, families, and events.
- Prepare and upload photos into online galleries and ordering systems.
- Assist with record-keeping, order tracking, and maintaining client information.
- Coordinate with the photographer (New Zealand-based) on daily photo-processing tasks.
- Ensure timely delivery of photos and assist with follow-up communication where required.
- Support with general administrative tasks to keep workflows running smoothly.
Job Type: Temporary
Contract length: 6 months
Pay: Php15, Php22,000.00 per month
