We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented individual based in Philippines who has experience working with U.S. healthcare companies or BPOs supporting American healthcare clients. This role will focus primarily on payor contracting and credentialing support, with opportunities to expand into other areas such as claims submission and payor communication.

Our mission is to reduce the operational burden for our providers so they can focus on delivering high-quality patient care.

Description

Key Responsibilities:

Credentialing and Enrollment

  • Prepare, submit, and track provider enrollment applications with payors
  • and government programs (e.g., Medicaid/Medicare/PhilHealth,
  • commercial insurers).
  • Ensure timely completion and accuracy of credentialing and re-
  • credentialing applications.
  • Maintain credentialing database and documentation for compliance.

Contracting

  • Review, negotiate, and process provider contracts in coordination with
  • leadership.
  • Track contract status and follow up with payors to ensure completion and
  • execution.
  • Assist in analyzing contract terms to ensure alignment with company
  • standards.

Compliance and Documentation

  • Maintain updated records of licenses, certifications, and other
  • credentialing requirements.
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory and payor standards.
  • Generate reports related to credentialing and contracting activities.

Communication and Support

  • Act as liaison between providers, payors, and internal departments
  • regarding credentialing and contracting status.
  • Provide updates and resolve issues promptly to minimize delays in
  • enrollment or claims processing.
  • Perform any other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a
  • related field (preferred).
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in healthcare contracting, credentialing, or
  • provider enrollment.
  • Preferably with prior experience working under a provider or medical group.
  • Strong knowledge of payor enrollment and credentialing processes.
  • Excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Must currently reside within Metro Manila.

Pay: ₹80,000.00 per hour
