Schedule: Monday – Friday, 9:00 am - 5:30 pm WA, AU Time or 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM PH Time

Holiday to follow: QLD, AU Holidays

Workdays: Mon - Fri

Work Set-up: Work From Home or office.

Work Details: Full-time

We are seeking a motivated Contract Administrator/Estimator with 2–3 years of experience in the Australian construction industry. This dual role will focus on preparing accurate estimates and managing contract administration processes, including variations, supplier coordination, and client communication.

The successful candidate will have a solid understanding of Australian building codes and regulations and the ability to deliver accurate and timely estimating work while also ensuring smooth contract management. Drafting experience would be considered an advantage for future projects.

Key Responsibilities

· Prepare and review accurate cost estimates for construction projects.

· Manage contract administration, including drafting, reviewing, and processing contracts.

· Work closely with suppliers and clients to ensure contracts, pricing, and variations are clearly managed.

· Handle and document variations in line with project requirements.

· Support overall estimating processes, including reviewing drawings and specifications.

· Collaborate with the project team to ensure accurate and timely delivery of estimates and contract documents.

· Maintain compliance with Australian building codes, regulations, and industry standards.

· Provide support with drafting tasks where required.

Skills and Experience Required

· 2–3 years' experience as an Estimator and/or Contract Administrator within the Australian construction industry.

· Solid knowledge of Australian building codes and regulations.

· Proven experience in preparing and managing variations.

· Strong contract administration skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with suppliers and clients.

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

· Strong analytical and numerical skills with attention to detail.

· Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).

· Drafting experience (AutoCAD or similar) is highly desirable.
