Position Title: Administrative Assistant (with Recruitment Experience)

Overview: We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant with a strong background in recruitment. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a proactive approach to problem-solving, and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. This role combines traditional administrative responsibilities with recruitment tasks to support the HR department and ensure smooth operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Administrative Duties:

  • Provide general administrative support
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings and appointments
  • Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing communications, including phone calls, video meetings and emails
  • Assist in the preparation of HR documents, such as offer letters and employment contracts.

Recruitment Duties:

  • Assist in developing and posting job advertisements on various job boards and social media platforms.
  • Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates.
  • Conduct initial screenings and interviews.
  • Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) and recruitment databases.
  • Conduct contract discussions and distributing contracts.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as an administrative assistant, office assistant, or similar role.
  • Experience in recruitment or human resources is required.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR databases.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • High level of discretion and confidentiality.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Communication, English, Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
  • Certification in HR or recruitment (optional)
  • Experience with Administrative and HR software and tools.
