Job Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Supply Chain Sales Executive to join our Manila-based sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining customer relationships, driving sales of supply chain solutions, and enhancing our market presence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive sales of the company's supply chain solutions and achieve sales targets.
  • Proactively develop new clients, expand market opportunities, and maintain strong customer relationships.
  • Monitor market trends, understand client needs, and provide tailored solutions.
  • Follow up on sales projects, address client inquiries, and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Collect and analyze market, customer, and competitor data to recommend sales strategies.
  • Participate in sales training and meetings and collaborate effectively with the team.
  • Complete sales reports and documentation accurately and efficiently (e.g., Excel, reports).
  • Overcome challenges with a positive mindset, adding value to both the team and the organization.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or above (preferably in Sales, Marketing, Logistics, or Supply Chain).
  • At least 1 year of sales experience in supply chain or logistics (warehousing, air, or sea freight preferred).
  • Strong sales skills with sharp market awareness.
  • Proficient in MS Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Outgoing personality with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Energetic, goal-oriented, and able to perform under pressure with a positive attitude.
  • Team player with the ability to work independently.
  • Fluent in English; proficiency in Mandarin is a plus.
