We are hiring a HR Payroll Specialist to manage end-to-end payroll processing and ensure all disbursements are accurate, timely, and compliant with Philippine labor and tax laws. This role also covers benefits administration, government reporting, and coordination with vendors and regulatory bodies. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, highly organized, and able to maintain strict confidentiality in all payroll matters.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the full payroll cycle — data validation, computation, and disbursement.
  • Prepare and file payroll reports; ensure timely remittance of SSS, Pag-IBIG, PhilHealth, and BIR contributions.
  • Maintain accurate payroll records in line with labor regulations and company policies.
  • Administer employee benefits, including HMO enrollment and government updates.
  • Process benefit claims, loan applications, and other payroll-related transactions.
  • Address employee inquiries regarding payroll, deductions, and benefits professionally.
  • Coordinate with HMO providers, vendors, and government offices as needed.
  • Support compensation reviews, salary adjustments, and other payroll-related initiatives.
  • Generate reports and assist with internal and external audits.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, Accounting, or related fields.
  • 1–2 years of experience in Philippine payroll processing.
  • Strong knowledge of SSS, Pag-IBIG, PhilHealth, and BIR statutory requirements.
  • Familiarity with payroll software and government reporting portals.
  • Experience in compensation and benefits administration is an advantage.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to handle confidential data responsibly.
