We're on the lookout for a Payroll Specialist who's meticulous, analytical, and committed to accuracy.

What You'll Do

  • Handle end-to-end payroll processing for both local and regional (Asia) markets
  • Verify employee data, timesheets, and benefits for accuracy and compliance
  • Ensure timely submission of statutory contributions (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, Tax) and alignment with regional requirements
  • Collaborate with HR, Finance, and external payroll vendors across multiple countries in Asia
  • Prepare payroll summaries, reports, and audit documentation
  • Support process improvements and contribute to system enhancement projects

What We're Looking For

  • 2–4 years of experience in payroll operations, ideally covering both local and regional (Asia) markets
  • Strong knowledge of Philippine labor and payroll regulations with exposure to other Asian markets
  • Excellent numerical accuracy and analytical thinking
  • Experience using payroll systems such as SAP, Oracle, Sprout, or ADP
  • Strong attention to detail, confidentiality, and cross-cultural communication skills
