About the role

Yinshan Lending Inc. is seeking Payroll Specialist to join our growing team in Makati City, Metro Manila. As a full-time employee, you will play a crucial role in designing, implementing, and administering the company's payroll compensation and benefits programs to attract, retain, and motivate our talented workforce.

What you'll be doing

  • Conduct market research and analyse compensation and benefits data to develop competitive and equitable pay structures
  • Administer and maintain the company's compensation and benefits programs, including salary reviews, bonus calculations, and employee benefits
  • Collaborate with HR and finance teams to ensure accurate and timely payroll processing and employee records management
  • Provide guidance and support to employees on compensation and benefits-related inquiries
  • Identify opportunities to enhance existing programs and recommend new initiatives to improve employee satisfaction and retention
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant labour laws and regulations
  • Time Keeping and Payroll
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures

What we're looking for

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Minimum 1 to 2 year of experience in payroll compensation and benefits administration
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively liaise with employees at all levels
  • Proficient in using HR and payroll software, as well as spreadsheet and data analysis tools
  • Familiarity with local labour laws and regulations related to compensation and benefits
  • Proactive, organized, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment
