For our subsidiary BAUER Foundations Philippines, Inc. in Quezon City, we are searching for a new team member as Payroll Specialist (m/f/x).

Your Tasks

  • Process and ensure timely and accurate payroll for all employees, including computation of salaries, deductions, and benefits
  • Handle statutory compliance and reporting for SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, and BIR, including preparation of government-mandated reports
  • Maintain and update payroll and employee records, including attendance, leave balances, and final pay processing
  • Prepare payroll summaries and reports for HR and Finance, and support audits and reconciliations
  • Provide assistance to employees on payroll-related concerns and coordinate with HR and Finance on bonuses, adjustments, and incentives

Your Profile

  • University degree in Accountancy, Finance, Business Administration, Human Resource Management, Psychology, Sociology, or a related field
  • Several years of professional experience in HR, payroll, or accounting roles, or as Human Resource Generalist/Manager/Recruiter
  • Good knowledge of Philippine labor laws, rules, and tax regulations
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR/payroll software; SAP knowledge is a plus
  • Ability to communicate fluently in English, both speaking and writing
