Finance Management

  • Provide stakeholders with timely, relevant, meaningful and fairly stated financial statements
  • Monitor the group's actual performance against plan and provide relevant reports and analyses to management
  • Manage the budgeting and forecasting process for the group
  • Lead the development and implementation of an appropriate system of internal controls, financial policies and procedures, corporate governance
  • Lead the implementation of an appropriate automated financial and accounting reporting system
  • Monitor cash flows, sources and uses of funds to ensure sufficient liquidity to support the operating requirements of the business
  • Manage tax planning and compliance with local and national regulations.
  • Liase with external auditors and government agencies (e.g., SEC, BIR, LGUs) on financial reports required from the group and any audits that may be conducted on such reports
  • Provide advice on accounting implications of critical or strategic issues and other corporate actions including investments

Administrative Oversight

  • Supervise general administrative functions including procurement, office management
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements
  • Oversee records management and document control systems

  • Collaborate with other departments to support strategic initiatives
