DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Reviewing client and business nature along with the project requirements and introducing more effective and efficient methods of completing the set project.
  • Developing standards and procedures for the set projects and training internal and external stakeholders as and when required.
  • Reviewing of data collected through requirement gathering sessions and analyzing important business data and presenting the Software Requirement Specifications, User Manuals and Change Request Forms.
  • Identifying and bridging the gaps which arise during the execution of the project between the technical perspective and business perspective for both client and the company.
  • Completing of Request for Proposal's with the assistance of the internal stake holders.
  • Conducting proof of concepts and demonstrations to the internal and external stake holders.
  • Conducting Business Analysis compliance checking.
  • Obtaining sign off's for Software Requirement Specifications.
  • Post go-live audits, certifications & ensuring customer acceptance.
  • Close coordination with Project Management and Delivery Team.

SKILLS AND EXPERTISE:

  • Previous experience in analyzing requirements using techniques such as use cases & scenarios, user stories, business rule analysis, process diagrams and data flow diagrams
  • Proven experience of defining and documenting requirements/user stories across brands/projects
  • Experience in working in agile environment
  • Good troubleshooting skills, Effective analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Prior experience in relation to the field of Banking and Finance or Merchant and Payment

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Minimum Experience: 3 years for Business Analyst
  • Minimum Qualification: Bachelor degree in IT / Computer Science or equivalent.
  • Preferably with background working on banking or finance industry.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php60, Php80,000.00 per month
