  • With a minimum 2-3 years of work experience
  • Must have background working in Finance or Accounting doing journal entries and accounts reconciliation
  • Experience using SAP and/or JDE accounting systems is preferred
  • Willing to work onsite at Ayala Avenue, Makati
  • Willing to work in a DAYSHIFT Schedule
  • Willing to START ASAP

Job Description:

  • Performs not just intercompany but potentially other finance group processes e.g. posting entries, preparing templates/forms, and reports generation
  • Delivers comprehensive support for core accounting operations, ensuring accurate financial records, efficient reporting, and effective utilization of electronic systems
  • Perform financial accounts reconciliation
  • Report management i.e. extract, prepare, and archive reports
  • Post journal entries
  • Archive documents and maintain organized records across accounting functions
  • Data review and maintenance
  • Perform stakeholder engagements
  • Utilize electronic systems
  • Prepare and finalize documents, including templates and forms
  • Manage communications
  • Provide assistance on audit requests like pulling needed supporting documents
  • Adhoc tasks will be assigned as needed

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php20, Php25,000.00 per month
