About the role

The Financial Planning & Analyst is responsible for providing financial insights, analysis, and reporting to support strategic and operational decision-making. The role partners closely with business leaders, Operations, and other enabling functions to ensure financial performance is accurately tracked, risks and opportunities are identified, and resources are optimized in line with organization's business objectives.

This position plays a key role in driving financial discipline, forecasting accuracy, and continuous process improvement within the country.

What you will be doing

Financial Planning, Budgeting & Forecasting

  • Support the preparation of annual budgets, forecasts, and financial plans in coordination with Operations and Functional teams.
  • Consolidate and analyze financial data to ensure accuracy, completeness, and alignment with business goals.
  • Provide variance analysis and commentary on performance against budget and forecast.
  • Support scenario planning and sensitivity analysis to guide management decisions.

Financial Analysis & Business Partnering

  • Partner with Operations and Business Units to provide financial insights that drive performance improvement and cost optimization.
  • Conduct profitability and margin analysis by client, site, or business line.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and highlight trends, variances, and potential risks.
  • Provide financial support for new business opportunities, pricing, and contract renewals.

Management Reporting

  • Prepare and deliver timely, accurate management reports and dashboards to support business reviews.
  • Ensure proper alignment and submission of monthly financial performance reports to the regional and global finance teams.
  • Support presentation materials for business performance meetings and strategic planning sessions.

Financial Controls & Compliance

  • Support adherence to internal controls, accounting standards, and company policies.
  • Collaborate with Accounting, Procurement, and HR teams to ensure proper cost allocation and expense management.
  • Identify process gaps and recommend improvements to strengthen reporting efficiency and data accuracy.

Continuous Improvement & Projects

  • Participate in financial systems enhancement, automation, and process improvement initiatives.
  • Support cross-functional projects that improve financial transparency and operational efficiency.
  • Promote data-driven decision-making across the organization.

What we're looking for

  • Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Finance, or related field.
  • CPA or equivalent certification preferred.
  • At least 5–6 years of experience in Financial Planning and Analysis, preferably in a multinational or service-oriented organization.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial data and provide actionable insights.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience in SAP or similar ERP systems is an advantage.
  • Strong business acumen, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php100, Php120,000.00 per month
