Sales and Events Coordinator for BE Resorts Mactan in Punta Engaño, Lapu-Lapu City

Job Description:

  • As a Sales and Events Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in planning, organizing, and executing events while driving sales for our resort's offerings. You'll collaborate closely with clients and internal teams to ensure smooth operations and exceptional service delivery.
  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate and execute events, including weddings, corporate functions, and other social gatherings, ensuring flawless execution from start to finish.
  • Manage client inquiries, proposals, and bookings, providing excellent customer service throughout the process.
  • Assist in driving sales efforts by promoting the resort's event spaces, accommodations, and packages.
  • Work with the Sales and Marketing team to develop innovative strategies to attract new clients and retain existing ones.
  • Ensure proper communication between departments to meet and exceed client expectations.
  • Prepare contracts, invoices, and follow-up communications for booked events.
  • Maintain accurate records of event details and client interactions.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and competitors to improve offerings and services.
