MARKETING SPECIALIST

Job Qualifications:

  • A degree in marketing, business, or a related field can be advantageous.
  • Sales Skills: Strong sales and interpersonal skills, including the ability to engage with customers, build and build rapport.

  • Teamwork: Ability to work collaboratively with sales, marketing, and service teams.
  • Flexibility: Willingness to work weekends, attend events, and travel as required.
  • Product Knowledge: Thorough knowledge of the motorcycle models, specifications, and related accessories offered by the company.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Product Knowledge: Develop an in-depth understanding of the motorcycles and related products. Stay up-to-date with the latest features, specifications, and technology advancements.
  • Customer Engagement: Interact with customers, both in person and online, to provide information, answer questions, and assist them in making informed purchasing decisions.
  • Product Presentation: Showcase motorcycles and related products in a compelling and engaging manner. Conduct product demonstrations and explain key features to potential buyers.
  • Sales Support: Work closely with the sales team to provide product knowledge and support during the sales process. Assist in closing deals and achieving sales targets
  • Market Research: Stay informed about market trends, competitor offerings, and customer preferences. Provide feedback to the company regarding product improvements and new product development opportunities.
  • Events and Promotions: Participate in motorcycle events, trade shows, and promotional activities to represent the company and its products. Coordinate and organize product launches and events.
  • Customer Relations: Build and maintain positive relationships with customers, addressing any post-purchase questions or concerns.
  • Technical Support: Offer basic technical support to customers and troubleshoot common issues. Coordinate with the service department for more complex technical problems.
