I. JOB SCOPE
The Marketing Officer will support the planning and execution of B2B marketing initiatives that drives business growth, enhance client relationships, and promotes the company's presence in key industries. The role focuses on assisting in the implementation of campaigns, managing digital platforms, and creating marketing materials that highlight product value and industry relevance. Working closely with the Sales team, this position contributes to client engagement and helps optimize marketing activities to increase visibility and support sales objectives.
II. ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Brand and Campaign Execution
1.1. Assist in the development and rollout of B2B marketing campaigns that promote product value and competitiveness
1.2. Coordinate with the Sales team to support lead generation and client acquisition activities
1.3. Provide support in executing promotions, bundling and other initiatives to improve product movement
1.4. Ensure consistent use of branding guidelines across all marketing materials.
1.5. Assist in implementing industry-specific campaigns and seasonal promotions.
- Digital and Online Platform Management
2.1. Manage timely content updates across digital platforms including e-commerce, social media and email marketing ensuring alignment with the company's branding.
2.2. Monitor online performance, prepare reports, and recommend improvements to increase visibility, engagement, and conversion.
3. Client Engagement and Sales Support
3.1. Assist in client communication initiatives such as newsletters and product updates.
3.2. handle basic customer inquiries received through social media, emails, phone calls and text messages and forward to the appropriate Sales personnel.
3.3. Coordinate with Sales to gather client feedback and support marketing activities that address client needs
3.4. Provide logistical support (such as but not limited to venue scouting, materials & collaterals, event-day coordination) for company participation in trade shows, forums, and client events
4. Creative, Content and Supplier Coordination
4.1. Coordinate and review graphics, videos, and other visual content for FB Page, LinkedIn Account, Shopify Website, MailChimp, Wix-Fume Scrubber Website
4.2. Provide creative input and marketing support to internal departments (i.e. HR employer branding and engagement initiatives)
4.3. Assist with various departmental requests including document / file editing and video editing tasks
4.4. Serves as the point of contact for third party suppliers (e.g. printers, designers, advertising partners) ensuring the needs for flyers, brochures tarpaulins, etc. meet quality, branding and timeline expectations
- Market and Customer Insights
5.1. Assist with various departmental requests including document / file editing and video editing tasks
5.2. Compile reports and insights to support the management in strategy development
5.3. Track and summarize campaign performance for management review
III. JOB SPECIFICATIONS
· Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
· Minimum of three (3) years of experience in similar capacity
· Experience may be in any marketing capacity including B2B or B2C environments
· Strong digital marketing experience with knowledge in SEO, social media, content creation, and analytics
· Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
