Job Summary:

BE Resorts Mactan is looking for a passionate and results-driven Sales and Events Officer to lead sales initiatives and ensure the flawless execution of events at our iconic beachfront property. This role plays a key part in maximizing revenue, delivering exceptional guest experiences, and building lasting client relationships. Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead end-to-end event coordination for corporate functions, weddings, social gatherings, and more — from inquiry to execution and post-event feedback.
  • Build strong client relationships by understanding their unique needs and providing personalized event solutions that exceed expectations.
  • Drive revenue growth by actively promoting the resort's event venues, accommodations, and tailored packages to new and existing clients.
  • Collaborate with the Sales & Marketing team to develop sales strategies, promotional campaigns, and business development initiatives.
  • Handle client negotiations, proposals, invoicing, and documentation with professionalism and efficiency.
  • Liaise with internal departments (F&B, Housekeeping, Front Office, etc.) to ensure seamless coordination and top-tier service delivery.
  • Maintain detailed records of sales activities, event logistics, and client communications.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor offerings to keep BE Resorts ahead in the events and hospitality space.
