For Vertical Construction Projects | Immediate Start

We are in search of a highly driven and technically skilled Sales Engineer to join our growing team for vertical construction projects specializing in curtain wall, façade, glass, and aluminum systems. This is an urgent role—we are only accepting applicants with proven experience in the same industry.

Core Focus Areas:

  1. Business Development & Client Acquisition – Identify and win new project opportunities in the façade and glass market.

  2. Technical & Design Solutions – Provide expert consultation on curtain wall, façade, glass, and aluminum systems tailored to project requirements.

  3. Project & Stakeholder Management – Collaborate with contractors, architects, and developers to ensure project alignment and successful delivery.

Key Result Areas (KRAs):

Secure and develop new accounts in the façade and glass solutions industry.

Deliver effective sales presentations, proposals, and technical recommendations.

Build and maintain strong relationships with architects, contractors, and developers.

Support projects from bid to award by ensuring technical accuracy and value-driven solutions.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

Achievement of monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Conversion rate of bids/proposals to awarded projects.

Number of new accounts and repeat clients within the industry.

Client satisfaction ratings and project success rates.

Qualifications:

Must have strong experience in sales and technical roles within curtain wall, façade, glass & aluminum systems.

Proven track record of handling vertical projects in the construction industry.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Strong network among developers, contractors, and architects is an advantage.

Must be able to start ASAP.
