About the Role

We are looking for a highly driven and experienced Sales Engineer who has built a career in the construction industry, particularly in vertical projects involving façade, curtain wall, glass, and aluminum. The ideal candidate brings not only extensive industry knowledge but also a well-established network of connections that can immediately contribute to business growth.

  • Strong technical understanding of facade, curtain wall, glass & aluminum systems.
  • Proven salesmanship, negotiation, and closing skills in the construction industry.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships with developers, architects, consultants, and contractors.

  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
Key Result Areas (KRAs)
  1. Sales Growth & Revenue Generation – Deliver consistent sales results and contribute to the company's revenue targets.
  2. Client & Network Expansion – Leverage and expand existing connections to secure new accounts and long-term partnerships.
  3. Project Acquisition – Actively pursue vertical construction projects from planning to awarding stage.
  4. Market Intelligence – Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and provide insights for business strategies.
  5. Customer Relationship Management – Ensure excellent service, follow-through, and client satisfaction.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets as agreed with management.
  • Secure a minimum number of new project acquisitions/partnerships per quarter.
  • Maintain a strong conversion rate from leads to closed projects.
  • Establish and sustain relationships with at least 5–10 new industry contacts monthly.
  • Timely and accurate submission of sales forecasts, reports, and pipeline updates.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Architecture, Business, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of proven sales experience in façade, curtain wall, glass & aluminum construction projects.
  • Extensive connections within the construction, design, and property development industry.
  • Demonstrated ability to hit or exceed sales targets.
  • Must be based in Luzon / Metro Manila and available to start immediately.
