We are seeking a highly motivated and strategic Architectural Sales & Specification Manager to spearhead project generation and drive revenue growth for our Metro Manila projects.
This role is pivotal in expanding our reach and winning projects in the curtain wall, façade, glass, and aluminum systems segment — partnering with top architects, developers, and contractors in the construction industry.
CORE FUNCTIONS
Lead project acquisition and specification sales for façade, glazing, curtain wall, and aluminum system projects across Metro Manila.
Build strong and lasting partnerships with architects, consultants, developers, and general contractors.
Identify and secure new project opportunities through active engagement, specification selling, and market mapping.
Prepare and present technical proposals, quotations, and value-engineered solutions tailored to client requirements.
Collaborate with design, engineering, and project teams to ensure accurate and timely execution of specifications.
Represent the company in architectural presentations, bidding processes, and key industry events to strengthen brand visibility.

In-depth knowledge of architectural façade, curtain wall, glazing, and aluminum systems.
Strong network and influence among Metro Manila-based architects, consultants, and developers.
Excellent sales, communication, and negotiation skills with a consultative approach.
Technical aptitude to understand architectural drawings and project specifications.
Goal-oriented, analytical, and capable of managing multiple high-value projects simultaneously.
Leadership ability to mentor and collaborate with project sales teams.

Achievement of monthly and quarterly project generation and sales targets.
Growth in specified projects and inclusion in architectural design proposals.
Maintenance of a strong pipeline of ongoing and upcoming Metro Manila projects.
High conversion rate from specification to awarded contracts.
Strengthened brand presence and visibility within the architectural and construction community.
KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS (KPIs)
Number and total value of façade and glass projects acquired
Project conversion rate (% of specified projects awarded)
Sales revenue achievement vs. target
Number of new architect and developer partnerships established
Client satisfaction and repeat business rate
QUALIFICATIONS
Graduate of Architecture, Civil Engineering, or any related technical field.
At least 5 years of experience in architectural sales, façade systems, or project generation in the construction industry.
Proven success in specification selling and managing large-scale projects within Metro Manila.
Strong professional network within the developer and architectural community.
Must be based in Metro Manila and available to start immediately.
