About the role

Powertech Industrial Sales Inc. is seeking an ambitious and driven Sales Engineer to join our dynamic team in Manila City, Metro Manila. As a Sales Engineer, you will play a crucial role in driving the growth and success of our organization by leveraging your technical expertise and sales acumen to attract and retain clients. This full-time position offers the opportunity to work within a thriving industrial sales environment and contribute to the company's ongoing expansion.

What you'll be doing

  • Proactively identify and pursue new sales opportunities within your assigned territory, leveraging your deep understanding of our product and service offerings
  • Provide technical expertise and consultation to prospective clients, guiding them through the selection and implementation of the most suitable solutions
  • Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring the successful onboarding and satisfaction of new clients
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing customers, delivering exceptional service and identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute targeted campaigns that generate high-quality leads
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of sales processes and strategies by providing feedback and insights
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and product developments to inform your sales approach

What we're looking for

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in a sales or technical sales role, preferably within the industrial or manufacturing sector, newly graduate are also welcome to apply.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with clients at all levels
  • Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's / College Degree in Engineering ( Mechanical or Electrical )
  • Required language ( s ) : English, Filipino
  • Knowledgeable technically on pumps and motors with controller
  • Experience in selling is preferred but if not, he/she is willing to learn
